Bullyvard Tattoo would like to promote tattoo art in a new media called Tattoo Sleeves (or sleeve tattoo). This would give Tattoo Art a wider audience and accessibility to a lot of people that appreciates the look of tattoo's but have been stumped by the associated pain of getting a real tattoo on their skin.
